OUR PROCESS

From your first idea
to the final detail.

A clear path to custom packaging,
with a partner at every step.

Bring us your brief, your artwork or a starting idea. We'll help you work through materials, sampling, production and shipping so each decision feels easier to make.

Discuss your project
Custom rigid packaging with a considered presentation

FIVE STAGES. ONE CONSIDERED PROCESS.

The details, handled together.

Here's what to expect as your packaging moves from a brief to a finished product.

01

Consultation & design support

Start with your brief

We get to know your product, brand and priorities. Together, we explore packaging formats, materials, print methods and finishes that fit the experience you want to create.

What to share with us
  • Your product and how the packaging will be used
  • Approximate dimensions and quantities
  • Artwork, reference images or an early design direction
  • Your delivery destination, target date and budget

Next step: Agree on the specifications to quote.

02

Quotation & project confirmation

1-2 days

Once the key specifications are clear, we prepare your quotation. Review the scope, quantities and options with us, then confirm the project details and applicable payment terms.

What we'll work through
  • Packaging dimensions, materials and construction
  • Printing, finishing and order quantities
  • Sampling requirements and delivery plans
  • Pricing, terms and any outstanding specifications

Next step: Confirm the project and proceed to sampling.

03

Sampling & approval

Typically 10–15 days

Review the packaging before the production run. We discuss the appropriate sample for your project, giving you an opportunity to check the structure, artwork and finish and agree on any refinements.

What to check in your sample
  • Product fit, dimensions and ease of use
  • Material feel, construction and durability
  • Artwork placement and the agreed print treatment
  • Any changes to finalize before production approval

Next step: Approve the final sample and specifications.

04

Production & quality review

Typically 20–25 days

Your approved packaging moves into manufacturing. We coordinate the relevant printing, cutting, assembly and finishing, with updates as the order progresses.

What happens behind the scenes
  • Materials and artwork prepared for the confirmed specification
  • Printing and finishing suited to your packaging
  • Construction, assembly and quality review
  • Packing arranged around the agreed instructions

Next step: Prepare the completed order for dispatch.

05

Logistics & distribution

Indicative 4–25 days

We coordinate freight around your destination, budget and required arrival date. Air, sea and split-shipment options can be discussed as part of your delivery plan.

What to confirm before dispatch
  • Delivery address and recipient contact details
  • Freight method and any split-shipment requirements
  • Applicable shipping charges and payment arrangements
  • Delivery documentation and destination requirements

Next step: Your packaging begins its journey to you.

PLAN WITH ROOM FOR THE DETAILS

A timeline built
around your project.

These timings are a starting guide. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your specifications, sample requirements, quantity and destination.

Quotation1-2 days
Sampling10–15 days
Production20–25 days
Logistics4–25 days*

*Freight timing depends on the route and method and may extend beyond this range. Allow additional time for sample delivery, revisions, approvals, holidays and customs clearance.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few things
worth knowing.

Do I need finished artwork to enquire?

No. An early idea or reference image is enough to start a conversation. We can guide the packaging specifications and discuss creative agency support if your design needs development.

Can I make changes after seeing the sample?

Yes, sampling is the stage to discuss refinements before production. Changes may affect the specification, price and schedule, so we confirm those details with you before proceeding.

Can you arrange a split shipment?

We can discuss sending part of an order by air and the balance by sea, depending on your requirements and freight availability. We'll review the additional packing and shipping arrangements with you.

What if I have a fixed launch date?

Share it at the beginning of your enquiry. We'll work backward through freight, production and sampling to discuss a realistic schedule and any options available.
